  cannot recommend Total Chiropractic enough! Rosie is so knowlwdgeable and good at what she does. In just a couple of sessions she has made such a difference to my various ailments....here I was thinking I was ok when actually I'm flat footed with a curved spine but heh! Seriously if you have anything that might be helped by chiropractic care go to see her.

  I have had a neck problem for about 6 months and found Total Chiropractic. I have now been for a couple of appointments it feels much better. I have also been shown some exercises to keep it from going wrong. I have also become far more aware of posture whilst at work but also in the car.

  18 months ago I injured my lower back. I had some initial tratment elsewhere but it had continued to worsen & evolve into a widespread lower back & hip problem. This has slowly stopped me doing my sporting activities, general work & socialising as the pain & stiffness was written all over my face.
  After contacting Rosie & a successful initial consultation I started some intensive treatment & I cannot beleive that in under a month I have improved so much I am virtually pain free, I have free movement & I am able to resume my sports & this week have redecorated the bathroom! I am totally amazed as I really didnt have much faith! All I can say is thank you so much Rosie, I really am so very greatful I have my life back.
